PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
For orders placed through cristaljewelry.com we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments made through PayPal. Your credit card will be charged for the amount of your purchase, plus a $6.00 flat shipping rate, when you complete checkout.

All orders ship the United States Postal Service and will include a $6.00 flat rate for all shipments. We do not ship outside the contiguous United States. We do not ship to post office (P.O.) boxes.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays.

Occasionally, we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to the availability crystals, settings and other materials. Our website will display a low inventory warning in your shopping cart. In case that you did not receive a low inventory warning and any of your items are back-ordered, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe. Some items may take up to three weeks to ship, depending upon the availability of crystals, settings and other materials.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive credit for future purchases, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
