RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All jewelry is carefully inspected before shipping.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If a return is accepted, you will receive a refund, subject to our refund policy .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you return a necklace or bracelet, the original Cristal Jewelry tag must accompany your return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will not be eligible for a refund in certain situations including:
Jewelry with obvious signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Jewelry may not be returned due to slight variations in color from the jewelry and crystals shown on the website.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery will not be eligible for return or a refund.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately, all sales of sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Items that are either from our one of a kind selection or custom made cannot be returned. The sale of all items custom made or purchased from our one of a kind selection are final and no returns, exchanges or refunds will be granted for custom made or one of a kind jewelry.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds are subject to our return policy. If an item is not eligible for a return, no refund will be given.
Credits will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that we will not refund any shipping costs you incur returning an item to us.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If any damage or defect is capable of being repaired, we will repair the item to you. If we repair and return an item to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. GIFTS
Items purchased as a gift cannot be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged for another item. If an item is replaced, you will be responsible for the difference in the price if the replacement item is more than the original item and you will also be responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received, you will receive an email from cristaljewelry@yahoo.com that you may select another item.
CARING FOR YOUR CRISTAL JEWELRY
To care for your Cristal Jewelry, we suggest that you:
• Do not throw or drop your Cristal Jewelry on countertops or other hard surfaces
• Do not expose your Cristal Jewelry to direct contact with spays, such as hair spray, and perfumes.
• Do not wear your jewelry in the shower or while swimming or exercising
• Clean and polish your Cristal Jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not clean your Cristal Jewelry with any chemical cleaning products or polishes.
• Do not put your Cristal Jewelry in water for any period of time.
OUR GUARANTEE
Cristal Jewelry is handcrafted. Because our jewelry is handcrafted, there will be slight variations from piece to piece. These variations are not product defects or flaws, but make each piece unique. Should your jewelry become damaged due to defects in workmanship, the item will be repaired. If a piece cannot be repaired, it bill be replaced at no cost to you, except for shipping costs. Any repairs necessitated by instances of natural wear and tear will be billed accordingly. By treating your Cristal Jewelry with care, you will be able to enjoy our jewelry for years to come.
